PayMyEvery is a skill-based prize competition—not gambling. There are no lucky draws and no random winners. Winners are decided by knowledge, accuracy, and speed, and prizes are paid directly to the relevant service provider (not as cash to your bank).

Account

Register, create an account, choose the prize you need, buy a ticket, checkout, then compete by answering general knowledge questions against other players.

We carry out thorough identity verification to support legitimate transactions with the authority of your choice. As a prize competition company, we're also monitored regularly for compliance.

You'll need to prove you're over 18 using our third-party identity verification company after winning.

You must be 18 or over to participate.

Sign up for notifications on your mobile device to receive the latest competition news.

Email support@paymyevery.com to close your account. This takes 3 months to completely delete all your information.

Tickets & Payments

Entry costs vary depending on the ticket price for each competition.

Ticket prices vary between competitions—check the individual competition for its cost.

You can buy one ticket per competition, and you can enter more than one competition at the same time.

As often as you like—but only once per competition run.

We accept payment methods made available by your payment gateway provider, such as MasterCard, Visa, and Verve (debit and credit cards).

Yes. If your wallet balance isn't enough, you can use your available wallet funds and complete the rest using your card.

You won't receive an email with payment notifications from PayMyEvery. Your payment gateway will automatically send confirmation and a receipt if required.

No, wallet balance can't be withdrawn. However, it can be used to enter any competition.

There can be many reasons, including insufficient funds. If you're unsure why it failed, contact support@paymyevery.com.

Deposits may take some time to reflect. If you're concerned about an incorrect balance, email support@paymyevery.com.

Yes, refunds are only issued as credit into your PayMyEvery Credit Wallet.

Subscriptions

A PayMyEvery subscription gives you access to a package of competition entries and other benefits for a monthly fee. It is designed for users who play often and want better value than paying for each entry one by one.

We currently offer:

  • Basic
  • Pro
  • Elite

Each plan includes different entry limits, benefits, and competition access.

The difference is based on:

  • number of entries included
  • competition types covered
  • discount level on additional entries
  • extra benefits available on the plan

In general:

  • Basic is for light or casual users
  • Pro is for regular users
  • Elite is for high-frequency users

Subscriptions are billed monthly.

No. A subscription only gives you access to entries and plan benefits. Winners are still determined by the competition rules, based on accuracy and speed.

No. You still need to:

  • Choose a competition
  • Use an included entry or pay if needed
  • Complete the quiz

Included entries are the number of competition entries your subscription gives you during your billing period. When you join an eligible competition, one entry is deducted from your monthly subscription allowance.

If your plan allows extra entry discounts, you can still join competitions by paying the discounted entry fee. If not, normal entry pricing applies.

Not always. Some plans only apply to certain competition tiers or types. Your plan details will show which competitions are included.

That depends on your plan. For example:

  • Basic may cover lower-tier competitions only
  • Pro may cover more competition levels
  • Elite may cover all competition types

The app should always show whether a competition is covered by your current plan.

Your plan becomes active as soon as payment is successful, and your benefits start immediately for that billing cycle.

If auto-renew is enabled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing cycle. If auto-renew is not enabled, you will need to renew manually.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account/dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Normally, subscription payments are not refunded once a billing cycle has started, unless required by policy or law. Any approved exception should be handled by support.

Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Pro or Elite, subject to billing rules. The system should clearly show the new price and when the change takes effect.

Yes. You can downgrade your plan. Depending on the billing setup, the downgrade may take effect immediately or from the next billing cycle.

No. A user should only have one active subscription plan at a time.

If renewal payment fails:

  • Your subscription may move to past due
  • You may temporarily lose plan benefits
  • You may be asked to update the payment or renew it manually

Yes. Subscriptions are optional. You can still enter competitions by paying the normal entry fee.

A simple guide:

  • Basic: for occasional users
  • Pro: for regular users
  • Elite: for users who play frequently

The app can also recommend a plan based on your activity.

You may see plan suggestions if your activity shows that a subscription could save you money or give you better value.

Yes, if a coupon is valid for subscriptions. Some coupons may only apply to specific plans or during a promotion.

Yes. Your subscription is tied to your account, so it should work across supported platforms.

You can see:

  • current plan
  • renewal date
  • entries remaining
  • plan benefits
  • subscription history

inside your dashboard/profile/subscription section.

This depends on business rules. Recommended default:

Unused entries do not roll over to the next month unless PayMyEvery explicitly enables rollover.

Yes. Subscription entries still count toward your platform usage rules, including the monthly fair use policy.

Yes. PayMyEvery applies a fair use limit. Even subscription users must follow the platform attempt cap.

Yes. Entries used through a subscription should still appear in Purchase History so users can start their quizzes and keep track of activity.

No. After using an entry, your competition should appear in Purchase History, where you can play immediately or later, as long as the competition is still open.

That depends on platform rules. Recommended handling:

if the entry token was created and the competition expires unused, the support/admin policy should determine whether it is forfeited, replaced, or compensated.

Subscriptions are available to eligible users with active accounts, as long as platform rules are followed and payment is successful.

No plan should guarantee winnings. However, Elite may include service benefits, such as faster verification handling, if configured by the platform.

Yes. PayMyEvery may update plan pricing, benefits, or availability. Users should be notified before major changes take effect.

Winning

Register, buy a ticket, and start the competition within its running period. You'll answer five general knowledge questions—answer quickly and correctly.

The winner is the person who answers the most questions correctly in the fastest time.

The winner is the person who answers correctly in the quickest time; second place is the second-fastest, and so on.

Winners are announced on your dashboard (Winning) after the competition closes. You can also view results via the notification icon. Winners are notified and invited to complete the relevant forms to claim their prize.

It depends on how fast you answer and how many answers you get right.

No. If you don't win, the prize goes to the fastest entrant with the most correct answers.

Competitions reset regularly—check the starting and closing dates of each competition to see when prizes are rewarded.

Yes. Some competitions can have more than one winner. Each competition raises a total amount from ticket entries. If the total raised reaches the level required to fund two winners, we select two winners, and so on. Winners are still chosen by performance—the players with the most correct answers in the fastest time.

If you disconnect mid-quiz, the quiz will start over again until you complete and submit it.

Yes. Your attempt counts when you finish and submit.

Prizes

You won't receive cash into your bank account. Your prize is disbursed to the relevant recipient—for example, rent prizes are paid to your landlord or lettings agency.

No—there is no cash alternative to any prizes.

There is no minimum payout. Every competition you enter has a capped amount, and it will be sent directly to the relevant authority.

You are not responsible for any taxes due in your jurisdiction.

Every prize competition has different timelines—always check the competition details before you pay.

First, we'll notify you (in-app and by email). Then your verification portal will open—use the link in your email to complete verification. Once verification is successful, we'll send you a short claim form to complete. After you submit it, we process your winnings within 3 working days.
